Close to Knysna, we found this seriously secluded beautiful beach town called Buffels Bay. Sand beaches as far as you can see, stunning! We found pretty shells and what I liked the most where the sea snails. They moved quite fast and held on tight to the sand when waves came to wash them away. The water was 20 degrees, so its getting warmer :-) Damien couldn't resist to jump in and go for a swim. When we told the owner, she laughed and said that he was for sure the only one having a swim this early in the season.

Oysters
When in Knysna you have to try Oysters (with Tabasco, Tequilla, salt & lemon) yummy. Next to the restaurant we found this cool map, Buenos Aires, we're looking forward to it :-)

Cango Caves & Jsa und Maik
Damien & Bronwyn did the adventure tour, 1,5 hours. The biggest challenge was the devils chimney, it was 3 meters long to climb up. I went on the normal tour and enjoyed it a lot. Especially when I heard the stories from the adventure tour...... ;-) Damien met Jsa & Maik on his tour, so we had the chance to see the awesome photos he took from shark diving! And to say goodbye to them.

First time at the beach
Today my family arrived from Switzerland! For some it was the first time to fly! After we had lunch we took them to the beach and they loved it.
Hello friends
Yesterday we met Jacqui & Jens, and Nina & Cele to have a coffee together in Somerset West! So nice and somewhat surreal to be in SA together.

Good to have friends helping out, when you need a place to stay. We could only book until today @ Upperbloem Guesthouse. We would have been happy with the couch, but we got this lovely prepared room :-) Thanks Zuleika!

Another super productive day
In preparation of the big day we really put our heads down and got stuck in today. We where up early and once again greeted by fantastic weather, and this is a huge help to keep motivation strong. In no time at all we had ribbons, in all colours and sizes needed, skipped over to green market square to pick out some African style decorations. Popped into the photo store, got SD cards and quotes. We also managed to complete the program in English and now need only translate. All in all a great day experiencing Cape Town and being super productive. Tomorrow will too be a day full of activity.
Sending rays of energy

Made it to the mother city
Today we arrived in Cape Town and where greeted by marvelous weather. Picked up our car and started the journey to our guest house.
It's amazing how after not working for a dew days now I see to get tired a lot earlier. OK so the sun is down by 19:30 but still, like 21:30 I'm yawning. WTH I only went to bed at midnight or 01:00 every evening. Totally out of my old rhythm. I already miss it, especially now that I'm not surrounded by geniuses I feel out of place.
Till tomorrow
Damien
