We will not only collect recipe's for ourselves, we will try to film how the dishes have to be prepared and get to know the person who prepares the dish.
What better place then to start with his Nonna. Her food is divine and I really have to think about exercising (we will be at there place in South Africa until End of December, beginning January) if I don't want to gain too much.... :-)
Today she showed us how to make ravioli by hand. We started right after lunch to set up the cameras and all in all it took us 5 hours to prepare and cook the ravioli!
